Q: Where are you located?
A: Memphis, TN.
Q: How long in advance should I make a custom order:
A: For all custom orders we require at least two weeks notice to ensure availability.
Q: Can I pick up my desserts?
A: Yes! I will provide you the address once your masterpiece is ready to go!
Q: How much for your delicious goodies?
A: Everything is based on size, quantity, intricacy, etc. Please reach out via email or the order form and let’s get the ball rolling on a quote! Please give me as many details as possible!
Q: Can you make my wedding cake?
A: You betcha! I love to take on large projects (or small if you’re having a nice cozy wedding). I do not offer fondant decorated cakes but do specialize in buttercream.
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
A: I require a deposit of 25%-50% only for larger/more intricate cakes.
Q: How long is your product good for? What do I do if I am not serving it today and how do I store it?
A: I bake everything fresh and use ZERO preservatives. I recommend consumption for same day, BUT cakes can be saved in an airtight container at room temperature (2 days for its best life). Cookies and other confections can be held in an airtight container at room temp for much longer.
Q: Can you do vegan friendly desserts or gluten free items?
A: Not currently.
Q: Can you make desserts for those with allergies?
A: I cannot guarantee allergy free due to my operations being limited to a shared commercial kitchen. I don’t want to put anyone at risk.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept SECURE payment via portal on my site which you are given access to when sent your invoice.

Q: Do you ship to all 50 states?
A: You bet your bottom dollar!
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer the best shipping available through USPS. Our shipping is a flat rate with a slight exception for larger orders that do not fit our standard shipping boxes. Larger orders may be contacted with alternate shipping arrangements.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Communication is everything! Should you need special shipping arrangements, please send us an email! We are happy to use the shipping speed of your choice and will provide an invoice for the difference in cost should it incur a higher fee!
Q: Can I order anything else to be shipped?
A: Maybe one day, but unfortunately not. The only items available for shipping are the cookie in our shop.
Q: You're out of stock! What the heck?!
A: Well thank you for stopping by! We're still a mom and pop and we cant wait for you to order our delicious cookies! We release a batch of fresh and delicious cookies each Saturday. You gotta be quick or they get snatched up!
